In the woodlands of Czechia, an abusive relationship reaches its peak, hidden by the pines.

This atmospheric piece was a transformative experience for me as a production designer. I was able to forage most of the film’s set dressing from the surrounding woods and use them in a purposefully barren way – as if the character’s soul was already halfway out the door. I was also in charge of costume, hair, and make-up; I assisted in location scouting and capturing B-roll of the nearby forests.
